Treat Your Dinner Guests to This Barrel-Aged Spiced Whiskey Cocktail
Get inspired by a bartender's fresh take on a classic.
Preparing a barrel-aged whiskey cocktail isn't as intimidating as it may sound and there's a lot of room for creativity. To get inspired, we asked Shae Minnillo, a bartender at Manolito in New Orleans, for a fresh take on a classic recipe. "I like the idea of somewhat seasonal baking spice flavors that are versatile enough for a party punch or tiki applications, as well as sipping neat, in a Hot Toddy, or as an Old Fashioned tweak. The end product will be versatile and enjoyable for so many applications."
