7th & Carson
7th & Carson has a Thanksgiving Day feast to enjoy in-house (with spiked apple cider to kick things off) or to go. Roasted Turkey is served with house-made gravy, traditional stuffing, Sweet Potato Mash, Green Beans, Baby Brussels Sprouts, and Cranberry Jelly. The meal also includes Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Harvest Salad, and a Pumpkin Cake for dessert.

Sparrow + Wolf
Chef Brian Howard is putting an eclectic spin on holiday dining with a special three-course menu, which will be the only meal served at Sparrow + Wolf on Thanksgiving. The meal begins with Cranberry and Curry Sourdough, Crispy Half Bird Chicken Roulade, and a red wine-poached apple, endive, and beet salad, followed by a Chestnut and Mushroom Dumpling with shaved foie gras and a main event of Duck Breast with Sichuan peppercorn sauce, Potato Pavé, and Crispy Brussels Sprouts. Finish things off with Challah Bread Pudding and ume ice cream. Two fall-themed specialty cocktails will be offered too.

Yardbird
Yardbird is known for its Southern-style fried chicken, but the restaurant is shifting focus to an Herb-Roasted Turkey for Thanksgiving, served with Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Cranberry Compote, and Giblet Gravy. Other special dishes served a la carte include Lobster Mac n' Cheese, Biscuit and Sage Stuffing, Charleston She-Crab Soup, Brown Butter Bourbon Pumpkin Pie, and more.

Crossroads Kitchen
Skip the meat and enjoy a plant-based Thanksgiving at Tal Ronnen's Crossroads Kitchen. The three-course meal includes an Autumn Chopped Salad, a choice of breaded "Scallopini" or pulled king oyster mushrooms with mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, Brussels sprouts in maple mustard glaze, and sweet potato biscuits with maple butter, followed by Pumpkin Mousse Cheesecake or Cranberry Sorbet for dessert.

Put a stylish spin on Thanksgiving at Kassi Beach House. Hofbrauhaus is putting a Bavarian spin on the traditional American holiday. The beer hall is serving up a menu with specials like Butternut Squash Cream Soup, Gebackener Tortenbrie (fried brie cheese with winter salad and cranberries), and Roast Turkey with thyme gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, stuffing, yams, and a corn medley. Sip on Glühwein (mulled wine with holiday spices) and wrap things up with pumpkin-cranberry bread pudding with cinnamon sauce and vanilla ice cream.

The Cosmopolitan's party-centric steakhouse is putting a fine-dining touch on its Thanksgiving meal. Roasted Free Range Turkey Breast with confit turkey thighs is served with Foie Gras Stuffing, Maple Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Corn Pudding, Brussels Sprouts, and cranberry. Save room for the dessert of Spiced Pumpkin Pie with candied ginger cream and caramel honeycomb. The meal is available all Thanksgiving weekend, Thursday November 24-Sunday, November 27.

Sierra Gold
Sometimes everything you want for Thanksgiving fits inside a bun. All six Sierra Gold and SG Bar locations (which operate under the PT's Taverns umbrella) are serving a Thanksgiving Turkey Hero Sandwich on Italian bread with roast turkey, black forest ham, cornbread stuffing, cranberry mayo, and provolone cheese with sweet potato fries on the side. The sandwich is available all month long in November.

Water Grill
Water Grill is best known for its fresh seafood, but is staying true to a traditional turkey meal for Thanksgiving. Enjoy Herb-Roasted Turkey, Sourdough Apple-Celery Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and gravy, with a choice of clam chowder or salad as the appetizer, and Caramel Bread Pudding or Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert. If you still want some fish, the full regular menu will be available on Thanksgiving too.

José Andrés' steakhouse has an indulgent Thanksgiving Day dinner, headlined by a choice of Niman Ranch Heritage Turkey with a sous-vide breast and confit leg or Josper-Roasted Monkfish with mojo verde. Along the way, guests will have Turkey Croquetas, Caesar Endive Salad, Green Bean Casserole with wild mushrooms, Creamy Delmonico Potatoes with cheddar cheese, and other bites. Virgil's Real Barbecue has a Southern-style feast for six to eight people, featuring an 18-pound Smoked Turkey with giblet gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Cornbread and Sausage Stuffing, marshmallow-topped Sweet Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Candied Brussels Sprouts with pecans and smoked bacon, Creole Green Beans, and buttermilk biscuits. One of the best Irish pubs in Las Vegas is giving you the choice between a traditional or Celtic-style Thanksgiving. An Herb-Roasted Turkey Dinner is served with pan gravy, Sage Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, and Cranberry Sauce. The Kilbeggan Salmon is a baked salmon filet stuffed with cream cheese, dill, crab, and shrimp with a seafood cream sauce, champ, and asparagus. Either way, you'll want the Pumpkin Cheesecake with whipped cream for dessert—plus some whiskey from Ri Ra's extensive collection.

Ferraro's has an Italian take on Thanksgiving in two different formats. Dine in for a multicourse meal featuring Pistachio and Potato Gnocchi, Beet and Mozzarella Salad, Butternut Squash Ravioli or Mushroom Risotto with a main course of Free-Range Turkey (with cranberry chutney, sausage stuffing, potato puree, and green beans), and Pistachio Cannoli, Pumpkin Pie, or Tramisu for dessert. Ferraro's also has a takeaway meal for six to eight people, featuring a similar menu and a ten-inch pumpkin pie.
